The Art of Breath and Presence
These sessions are a transformative journey into the power of breath, body, and mind. This experience goes beyond traditional breathwork to include grounding techniques, guided meditations, body scans, and practices to reignite your connection to yourself. Whether you're seeking physical vitality, emotional balance, or mental clarity, you’ll walk away with practical tools to breathe better, feel more present, and cultivate lasting well-being. Optional journaling, art, or reflective conversation rounds out the session, offering a full-spectrum experience for mind, body, and soul.
Each session weaves breath, gentle meditation, and body awareness to support nervous system regulation and embodied presence. You’ll leave feeling more centered, with simple tools to breathe deeper and move through your day with balance. Each session can be adapted to suit each individual but please bear in mind it's not recommended for severe illness such as lung or heart conditions. Chloe is a qualified Yoga and Breathwork teacher, facilitator, and trained coach, here to support you on your journey. With real-life experience of how the power of breath, presence, and body awareness can transform daily life, she brings authentic understanding and guidance to her work.
