A Big Welcome!

We love to welcome all new residents to New Lubbesthorpe. We keep in touch with the sales offices so we know when houses have been completed. 

If you're moving into a newly built house then you can expect one of our Team to be knocking on your door with a welcome bag which is full of information about the development, the community and the surrounding area, along with a couple of gifts.

If you are moving into an pre-owned home then do visit The Hub to pick up your Welcome Bag as it's a little trickier to know when you have moved in!
