Summer Club @ the Hub
Ready to make the most of your summer holidays? Then why not book one of our summer holiday sessions and join us at the Hub. Whether you prefer family-oriented sessions or unaccompanied kids' sessions, we have something special for everyone.
In order to run our sessions we do need adult volunteers to help out. If this is something you would be interested in helping with please contact us on lubbesthorpealive@gmail.com There is a discounted rate for children/grandchildren of those volunteering.
Family-Oriented Sessions
Monday Little Lubbers
Dates: 29th July, 5th August, and 12th August
Details: This session is for expecting parents and parents/carers with newborns to age 2. Enjoy a baby area, coloring and toys for toddlers, storytelling, and nursery rhymes.
Booking: No booking required
Cost: £2.50 per child, £4 for 2 children
Wednesday Family Sessions
Dates: 31st July, 7th August, and 14th August
Time: 10 AM - 11:30 AM
Details: Join us for games and crafts both indoors and outdoors, suitable for families of all ages.

Friday Family Sessions
Messy Movers
Date: Friday 2nd August, 10:30am
Details: Babies and children can experience sensory play using homemade, taste-safe, and vegan-friendly resources.

Whistle-Tot Lane
Date: Friday 16th August, 9:30am
Details: Come and explore Whistle-Tot Lane's mobile role play village with beautifully detailed role play areas designed to immerse children in their own small world. Based in South Leicestershire Whistle-Tot Lane runs pop up events throughout the county alongside equipment hire for parties and early year settings.
Join Whistle-Tot Lane on holiday for our summer pop up events! Grab an ice cream from the ice cream parlour, relax at the spa, enjoy some fish and chips and send a postcard at the post office plus many more!

Unaccompanied Kids Only Sessions
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 AM - 2 PM
In collaboration with different organisations, we have crafted a great program for our unaccompanied sessions. This year, we have 3 themed weeks. Please ensure your child will enjoy the theme when booking.
Tuesday 30th July & Thursday 2nd August - Sports Week
Activities: include football, cricket, rounders, archery, tug of war, basketball, and others
Tuesday 6th August & Thursday 8th August - Craft and Cooking
Tuesday 13th August & Thursday 15th August - Nature-Based Activities and Crafting
Tuesday Sessions: Ages 5 - 7. We can offer siblings who are 8 a place on this session but no older.
Thursday Sessions: Ages 8 - 11
