How we're funded
The Drummond Estate - as landowners, the Drummond Estate always wanted to see New Lubbesthorpe become a place where people could live, work and play, rather than just another housing estate.
Events and fundraising - we ask for small donations for the groups we run and facilitate.
Housebuilders - Barratts, David Wilson and Davidsons all make a donation to Lubbesthorpe Alive for each house that is sold.
Hub hire - The Hub is available for residents and local community groups to hire for family gatherings and parties.
Grants - we work hard to secure grants from local and national organisations that wish to support community work.

Over a year, this means we can:
Run hundreds of wide-ranging community groups and events – benefiting hundreds of people
Deliver 100 welcome bags to new residents
Provide dedicated holistic wellbeing and one-to-one support
Support our 45 volunteers - helping us provide friendly and accessible groups and activities for free or at low cost
